HOW TO JUICE – 3 EASY STEPS:

  • Wash veggies, fruits and fresh herbs
  • Use a sharp knife to roughly chop (so pieces fit into juicer funnel), only citrus and ginger root need peeling.
  • Use plunger to push pieces through juicer

Tip! To assist fresh herbs through the juicer follow with a veggie piece or fruit.


SKIN TONIC (1 serving)

  • 1 Green Apple, quartered and cored
  • 2 Stalks Celery
  • 8 leaves Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 oz. Aloe Vera Juice, added after juicing
  • 1 teaspoon-sized piece Ginger Root, peeled
  • small handful fresh Parsley, leaves & stalks
  • 8 Mint Leaves, optional

UP BEET! (1 serving)

  • 1 medium Red Beet
  • 1 small Fennel bulb around 4 oz. + a few fronds
  • 1 small Orange or 1/2 large
  • 2 Radishes, any color
  • 1 teaspoon-sized piece Ginger Root, peeled
  • pinch Cayenne, optional, added after juicing

LIVER ASSIST (1 serving)

  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen Pineapple, peeled and cored
  • 2 cups fresh Spinach
  • 1/4 Lime, peeled
  • 12 Mint Leaves
  • 1 oz. Aloe Vera
  • 1 teaspoon Green Powder, whisk in after juicing
  • Variation: Turn into a refreshing fizzy drink by adding Sparkling Water

SWEET BALANCE (2 servings)

  • 6 medium Carrots
  • 2 Stalks Celery
  • 1/2 cup Green Grapes or 1 Green Apple
  • 1/4 Lemon, peeled
  • small handful Parsley, leaves & stalks

PEP IN YOUR STEP! (2 servings)

  • 1 small Fennel bulb, around 1/2 cup chopped
  • 7 oz. Parsnips, around 2/3 cup chopped
  • 1 Green Apple, quartered and cored
  • 1 Pear, quartered and cored
  • small handful Parsley, leaves & stalks
  • 8 Mint Leaves, optional

As juices lack in fiber, and are a concentrated food – Enjoy as an occasional treat or part of a cleanse program.
